As the wildflower season is flourishing, the Great Southern Treasures Bloom Festival celebrates the renewal of Spring throughout the Great Southern Treasures, focusing on the wildflower tapestries and town cultures that make up this amazingly diverse region.
With a whole month of activities spanning across 26 towns, the Festival encompasses more than 30 events and displays making a trip to the Great Southern Treasures well worth it, to enjoy what nature and our passionate communities have to offer!
Events are to include arts, crafts, displays, exhibitions, fauna & flora-themed activities, food events, guided tours & hikes for those who want more of a challenge, heritage trails, markets, Noongar culture events, open gardens, wine & dine events, and creative workshops.
The Bloom Festival spans across all nine Shires within the Great Southern Treasures region, from Kojonup, Woodanilling & Pingrup down to Bremer Bay on the coast, across to Mt Barker, Porongurup and Frankland River and taking in major centres such as Katanning, the Stirling Range National Park and everything in between.
