Free travel for Pensioners and Veterans.

Transwa manage the annual Pensioner Free Travel entitlements on behalf of Centrelink and the Department of Veteran's Affairs (DVA).



Because travel should be easy and accessible, we’re pleased to be able to offer West Australian Pensioner cardholders two free trips every year. Your Free Travel entitlement can be redeemed for two single journeys or a single return journey on any Transwa service.

As a thank you for your service, registered Western Australian DVA Pensioner Concession cardholders are eligible to receive two single trips or one return trip on any Transwa service each calendar year. Holders of a DVA issued Gold card are eligible to four single or two return trips.

How do I book?

Once you have registered with us, you can book your Free Travel entitlement ticket by visiting one of our Accredited Agents, Booking Centres, online or phone 1300 662 205. Remember to carry your valid Concession Card on your travels.
