How do I book a concession ticket?
To book a concession fare, you must be able to provide proof of eligibility through the form of a concession identification card. These cards must be carried and presented on request while booking and travelling with us on any of our services. For Transperth users, a Concession SmartRider card is sufficient evidence.
Services Australia Pensioner Concession, DVA Pensioner Concession and DVA Gold Card cardholders, who are Western Australian residents, and register their card with us, are entitled to limited free travel and concession fares on all Transwa services. Bookings for travel for Registered cardholders and Concession SmartRider cardholders, including Students and Seniors, can be made online.
All other concession fares can be booked via phone or in-person through one of our Booking Centres or Accredited Agents.
If you are uncertain if you are entitled to a concession ticket, please do not hesitate to contact us.
