New Year's Eve Service 2025-26

Heading into the city to celebrate New Year's Eve? Avoid traffic by taking Transperth instead.

Buses and trains will be operating all night to make sure you get to the fireworks on time and home safely, with free travel in place from midnight until 6.00am on 1 January 2026.

Busselton Jetty Swim

Busselton Jetty Swim, Western Australia’s most loved open water swim, returns on 7–8 February 2026.

Best known for its signature 3.6km swim around the iconic Busselton Jetty, the annual event attracts more than 5,000 participants of all ages and abilities to take on a variety of distances in  Geographe Bay.

The weekend also offers plenty of entertainment and family-friendly activities, including the FREE Busselton Jetty Swim Sunset Concert on Saturday evening.
