Technical Issues with Drop Down Boxes on the Website

Some customers are currently experiencing issues with the drop down functionality in some modules of the Transwa website such as the Bookings widget and Fare Calculator. This causes dropdown lists of locations to fail to load.

The problem seems to be caused by a recent update to the autofill functionality that is native to Microsoft Edge. Transwa IT is working on a solution.

This an be overcome by using a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox, otherwise the following steps can be taken as a work around which will enable you to use the website as intended within Edge.

1. Open Microsoft Edge

2. Copy the following and paste it into the address bar of your browser:

edge://wallet/settings#settings-personal-info-section

3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the toggle on the "Save and fill basic info" setting, so that it is in the white (off) position.

4. Refresh your browser.

This should allow you to use the Transwa website as normal.
